2009 Annual Feng Shui Flying
Stars Share on

(2010 update link)
According to the
principles of classical feng shui, every building has a natal chart
with different flying star energy
patterns in each compass direction
and also the center. The natal chart or
patterns of energy are determined by the
year of construction and compass facing degree of the structure. There
are
nine different energies and they appear three times in a natal chart as
either
the water star, the mountain star, or the base star. In the natal
chart,
three energies occupy each compass section (and center). The way
they
interact with each other creates either a positive or negative impact
on
the occupants of building.
In addition to the
natal chart energies, annual energies move into different compass
sections each year and also have a positive or negative affect on your
life. That accounts for how we can do well one year, have
problems the next year, and then do well again in the following year.
There are nine different energies. Some are negative, some are positive
and they all shift to their new annual locations on February 4th. We
are affected by the energies by spending time sleeping, working or
using an entry door where they are located.
Taking a look at 2009, the annual
energies that can affect your health are located in the north and
west. If you sleep in a bedroom, have an entry door
or an office in the north or west section of a building, you may
experience more illness than usual in 2009.
The 5 Yellow star
flies into the north section of every building and brings illness and
also bad luck. The 5 Yellow can be drained by adding a metal wind
chime with 6 hollow rods and a salt
water cure to the north section of
the home or office. Moving water features should not be placed in the north
compass sections of buildings during 2009.
The 2 Black star occupies the west section
of every building and brings illness. This is an earth energy
landing in a metal compass direction. Since the element metal
drains earth, the 2 star will be less potent than usual. It can
also be remedied by using a salt water
cure and a metal wind chime with 6 hollow
rods in the west section of the home or office.
Keeping track of the
annual movement of the energies will help you stay healthier and
wealthier. And of course it is very important to know the flying
star natal chart of your home and office too. If you do not have a
Flying Star feng shui consultant in your area, my book Creating
A Haven:
Simple Steps For A Healthy And Home has the natal charts of all
buildings built between 1924 and 2024, along with advice on cures you
can use to
neutralize the negative energies and enhance positive energies. This is the only book in
print that includes both the natal charts and the cures needed for all
homes
built in this 100 year span. Offices can also use this information.

Two
More Negative Energies
The 7 Metal star occupies the east sections of buildings and brings
robbery energy. This negative metal energy can be drained by adding
yin (non moving) water. The 3
Wood star lands in the northeast and brings arguments, disputes and
legal problems. Since it is a
wood energy, it can be reduced with the color red.
On the Positive Side
The 1 Water star occupies the northwest and brings career success energy
The 4 Wood occupies the south and brings positive relationship energy
and luck for artists.
The 6 Metal star occupies the southwest and brings prosperity energy.
The 8 Earth star lands in the southeast and brings prosperity energy.
The 9 Fire star occupies the center of buildings. It will be
positive or
negative depending on the stars in the natal chart of your home.
For
example, the 9 star makes the 2 and 5 stars more negative and the 8
star
more positive.
