FENG SHUI OFFICE MAKEOVER
This athletic club office is used for member services. After touring the club, prospective members sit down to talk about their needs and join the club. The office was not comfortable for the membership manager or prospective members. Both guest and manager seating was cramped. We moved the bookcase to the left side of the office so the desk could be moved back to allow comfortable room for both guests and manager. A neater office with less visible clutter and furniture arranged for comfort creates a less stressful workspace for the manager and a more pleasant visit for guests who are making a decision to join this athletic club.

BEFORE Reflective picture directly across from door bounces energy back out the door and sends harsh energy to people entering office. An unsightly trash can and clutter should not be the first things you see when entering an office. AFTER Unsightly cluttered bookcase is covered to create more calm. No obstacles getting to office manager seating. |

Papers that were taped on wall are removed and bulletin board is moved next to desk to post papers. Company logo is added behind desk for company pride. With desk moved slightly back, guests have more room and chairs can be tucked under front of desk when not in use. Lamp on shelf is turned upward to create enough light in office for overhead light to be turned off. This creates a less harsh atmosphere. |

AFTER Bookcase moved to the left side of office leaves more room behind desk for the manager and the desk is moved back for guests to have more space. Guest chairs can be tucked under front of desk when not in use. Both the manager and guests have comfortable seating . |
